We deliver to select countries around the world! Below is the table which indicate the countries we deliver and the delivery times.
If your country is not listed, it does not means we do not deliver to your country, we are just constantly updating this list so please do continue to visit the site. If you are interested in our products, kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make special arrangement for you.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
We currently only offer standard delivery to all countries. We aim to deliver all products within the mention delivery date. Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday. Please note Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days for delivery. However, sometimes during sale periods or other peak periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within two working days from the mention delivery time, please contact our Customer Services department.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We do delivery from Monday to Friday. Standard deliveries to the Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver within additional of four working days to Northern Ireland and seven working days to the Highlands and Islands for all orders placed before 12pm. During busy periods, please allow up to seven working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and ten working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
On the day of delivery, our couriers will also text you to advise an approximate time frame when they will be delivering your order. A signature is requested on delivery for standard day deliveries. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbor for your parcel to be left with, kindly acknowledge our couriers.
Public Holidays in your countries (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for all deliveries after the named holiday.
Please note: we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.
